At Difinery, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair refund policy.
1. Timeframe for Refund Requests
You may request a return and refund within 30 calendar days of the original delivery date. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible.
2. Conditions for Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a full refund, the returned item must:
Be unworn and unaltered and in resizable condition
Include all original packaging, including:
Jewelry box, unmarked and intact
Certificate of authenticity
Purchase invoice
Any additional branded documentation or accessories
Show no signs of wear, damage, or improper handling
If the returned item fails to meet these standards, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, or the refund may be denied after inspection.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be refunded:
Custom-made or personalized jewelry (including engravings)
Gift cards
Items obtained through giveaways, special promotions, or third-party vendors
4. Return Shipping & Deductions
Return shipping costs are the client’s responsibility and will be deducted from the final refund.
This amount may vary based on the item's condition and any applicable restocking or handling fees.
If inspection reveals damage due to misuse or wear, additional deductions may apply.
5. Refund Process & Timing
Refunds are only processed after the item is received and reviewed by our quality team.
Once approved, refunds are issued back to the original method of payment.
Please allow up to 7–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
6. Refund Method
We do not offer store credit or exchanges under the Refund Policy. If the item qualifies, the refund will be made directly to your original payment method.
