ORDERS & SHIPPING
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within the U.S. takes approximately 7–10 business days from the date of order confirmation. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for it to activate.
Can I cancel or update my order?
Orders may be cancelled or updated within a short window after purchase. Please reach out to us as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What’s your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be returned in original, undamaged condition, including all packaging, certificates, and documentation. Return shipping is paid by the client and deducted from the final refund. This amount may vary based on the item's condition and any applicable restocking or handling fees. Refunds are issued only after the returned piece passes a quality inspection. Personalized items and gift cards are final sale.
Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do not process direct exchanges. To make a change, we recommend requesting a return (if eligible) and placing a new order.
PRODUCT CARE & FIT
Do you offer resizing?
Yes, we offer one complimentary resizing for eligible pieces within 60 days of delivery. Custom or non-resizable designs are not eligible. Shipping for resizing is covered by us once the piece is returned
Do you offer cleaning or polishing services?
Yes. Clients who subscribe to our newsletter are eligible for one complimentary polish & cleaning service per piece within one year of purchase. This must be scheduled through our customer service team.
WARRANTY & QUALITY
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. We offer a one-year limited warranty for manufacturing defects. It does not cover wear and tear, damage from improper care, or third-party alterations. Proof of purchase may be required to validate warranty eligibility.
What’s not covered by the warranty?
– Tarnishing or fading from regular use
– Loss or theft
– Damage due to chemicals, water, or physical impact
– Resizing or repairs made by third parties
– Items from giveaways, promotions, or third-party vendors

Are Difinery pieces safe for sensitive skin?
All materials are thoughtfully selected to prioritize comfort and quality. If you have specific allergies or sensitivities, feel free to reach out.We’ll be happy to recommend the best options for you.
Do gift cards expire or qualify for returns?
Difinery gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-reloadable, and do not expire unless otherwise required by law. Once issued, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or reactivated.
Will you offer international shipping in the future?
We’re currently focused on serving U.S.-based clients, but international expansion is part of our roadmap.
