Shipping

At Difinery, we currently ship exclusively within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Timeframe

All orders are processed as quickly as possible. Once confirmed, standard shipping typically takes approximately 7-10 business days and express shipping can take approximately 5-7 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking to activate.

Shipping Fee

Standard shipping is complimentary on all orders above $300USD. Orders below that threshold may incur a shipping fee, which will be clearly stated during the checkout process.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is provided via email once your item ships. You can monitor your delivery status directly through the provided link.

Shipping Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Difinery is not liable for packages marked as “delivered” according to the carrier’s tracking system. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping or return fees may apply and will be deducted from any potential refund.

Shipping in Case of Warranty

If a product is returned for warranty evaluation and the issue is approved as a manufacturing defect, Difinery will cover both the return and reshipment costs. The evaluation period may take up to 7-10 business days from the moment the item is received. If the warranty is not approved, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the client.
