Difinery began with that question. The answer took shape in the heart of the Diamond District of NYC, when three different perspectives came together.
Marko, a branding agency founder focused on building purpose-driven companies, met Albert, a diamond broker with over 20 years of industry experience, and his wife Victoria, a fashion buyer with a sharp eye for design.
What started as a conversation became a shared vision to rethink fine jewelry from the ground up. Not just to make it more beautiful, but to make it more honest, more sustainable, and more intentional.
All three saw the same opportunity: to create something that didn’t yet exist. A brand that values transparency as much as craftsmanship, and purpose as much as style.
With direct access to the full jewelry supply chain, including recycling and sourcing gold, casting, and setting lab-grown diamonds, the foundation was strong. They combined fashion sensibility, creative clarity, and decades of hands-on expertise.
